This licence does not include the right to reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, or publicly display any content without our express written consent.
5.3 User-Submitted Content
If you submit content to the platform, including quiz responses, comments, or feedback, you grant us a worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual licence to use, display, and improve our services with such content, while retaining your underlying ownership rights. You represent that you have all necessary rights to submit such content.
6. Payments and Subscriptions
6.1 Fees
Certain features or courses may require payment. All applicable fees are displayed prior to purchase. You agree to pay all charges at the prices in effect when incurred.
6.2 Billing
By providing payment information, you authorise us to charge your selected payment method for all applicable fees. You are responsible for ensuring your payment details remain accurate and current.
6.3 Refunds
Refund eligibility is governed by our separate Refund Policy. Where no specific policy applies, refunds are issued at our sole discretion.
6.4 Taxes
You are responsible for any applicable taxes arising from your use of the platform, except where we are required by law to collect and remit such taxes on your behalf.

9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Bonufecal and its officers, directors, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of or inability to use the platform, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
Our total cumulative liability to you for any claims arising under these terms shall not exceed the greater of the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim or one hundred Canadian dollars (CAD $100.00).

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Bonufecal and its affiliates, officers, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including reasonable legal fees, arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform, your violation of these terms, or your infringement of any third-party rights.

12. Modifications to the Service

13. Governing Terms
