Last Updated: November 14, 2024
This Intellectual Property Policy describes how Bonufecal ("we," "us," or "our") protects its intellectual property and how we expect users and visitors to respect those rights when using the services available at bonufecal.biz. By accessing or using our platform, you agree to the terms set out in this policy.
1. Ownership of Platform Content
All content made available through the Bonufecal platform, including but not limited to course materials, quizzes, assessments, instructional videos, written lessons, graphics, user interface designs, software, logos, and trademarks, is the exclusive property of Bonufecal or its licensed content contributors. This content is protected by applicable intellectual property law, including copyright, trademark, and trade secret protections.
No portion of the platform or its content may be copied, reproduced, distributed, republished, displayed, broadcast, or transmitted in any form or by any means without the prior written consent of Bonufecal, except as expressly permitted under this policy.
2. Permitted Use
Subject to your compliance with our Terms of Service, Bonufecal grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use platform content solely for your personal, non-commercial educational purposes.
This licence does not permit you to:
— Reproduce or distribute any content for commercial purposes
— Modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works based on platform content
— Sublicence, sell, rent, or transfer your access rights to any third party
— Remove, obscure, or alter any copyright, trademark, or other proprietary notices
— Use automated tools, bots, scrapers, or crawlers to extract content from the platform
3. Trademarks
The name "Bonufecal," the bonufecal.biz branding, and any associated logos or service marks are trademarks of Bonufecal. Nothing on this platform grants any right or licence to use these marks without the prior written authorisation of Bonufecal. Unauthorised use of our trademarks is strictly prohibited and may constitute infringement.
4. User-Submitted Content
4.1 Your Ownership
You retain ownership of any original content you submit to the platform, including responses to quiz questions, forum posts, feedback submissions, or other user-generated contributions. By submitting content, you represent that you hold all necessary rights to do so.
4.2 Licence Granted to Bonufecal
By submitting content to the platform, you grant Bonufecal a worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive, sublicensable licence to use, store, display, reproduce, and adapt that content as necessary to operate, improve, and promote the platform. This licence remains in effect for as long as your content resides on our systems.
4.3 Prohibited Submissions
You may not submit content that infringes the intellectual property rights of any third party. You are solely responsible for ensuring that your submissions do not violate any applicable copyright, trademark, trade secret, or other proprietary right.
5. Third-Party Content
Certain content available on the platform may be licensed from third-party providers, including video production studios, instructors, and educational publishers. Such content remains the property of its respective owners and is used by Bonufecal under licence. These licences do not extend to users beyond the permitted use described in Section 2.
References to third-party tools, software, brands, or platforms within course content are provided for educational purposes only and do not imply endorsement or affiliation.

6.2 Response to Valid Claims
Upon receiving a complete and valid notice, Bonufecal will investigate the claim and take appropriate action, which may include removing or disabling access to the allegedly infringing content pending review.

If you believe your content was removed in error, you may submit a counter-notice to the contact address below. A valid counter-notice must include your identification, a description of the content removed, your statement under penalty of perjury that removal was a mistake, and your consent to the jurisdiction of the appropriate adjudicating body.
7. Repeat Infringers
Bonufecal reserves the right to terminate the accounts of users who are found to repeatedly infringe the intellectual property rights of others, consistent with its obligations under applicable law.
8. Software and Technology
The software, algorithms, databases, and technical infrastructure that power the Bonufecal platform are proprietary and protected by intellectual property law. You may not reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or attempt to derive the source code of any software underlying the platform. The platform may incorporate open source software components that are subject to their own licence terms. Where required, attribution and licence notices for such components are maintained in our software documentation. Your use of such components is governed by their respective open source licences, and nothing in this policy overrides those terms.
