Payment Terms

These Payment Terms govern all transactions and billing arrangements between you and Bonufecal ("we," "us," or "our") for access to services available at bonufecal.biz. By completing a purchase or subscribing to any paid plan, you agree to these terms in full.
1. Acceptance of Payment Terms
By initiating any payment through our platform, you represent that you are authorised to use the payment method provided and that the billing information you supply is accurate and complete. These Payment Terms are incorporated into and form part of our general Terms of Service.
2. Pricing and Currency
2.1 Listed Prices
All prices displayed on the platform are quoted in Canadian dollars (CAD) unless otherwise stated at the point of purchase. Prices are subject to change at any time. Changes to pricing will not affect active subscription cycles already billed.
2.2 Taxes and Fees
Displayed prices may not include applicable taxes, levies, or duties. Any applicable tax will be calculated and shown at checkout based on your billing location. You are responsible for paying all such taxes associated with your purchase.
2.3 Third-Party Fees
We are not responsible for any additional charges imposed by your bank, card issuer, or payment provider, including foreign transaction fees or currency conversion costs.
3. Payment Methods
We accept major credit and debit cards and any additional payment methods displayed at checkout. All payment processing is handled by third-party payment processors. We do not store full card details on our servers. By providing payment information, you authorise us to charge the applicable fees to your selected payment method.
4. Billing Cycles and Subscriptions
4.1 Recurring Billing
Subscription plans are billed on a recurring basis — monthly or annually — depending on the plan selected. Your subscription renews automatically at the end of each billing period unless cancelled prior to the renewal date.
4.2 Billing Date
Your billing date is established on the date of your initial purchase. For monthly plans, billing recurs on the same calendar day each month. For annual plans, billing recurs on the same date each year.
4.3 Failed Payments
If a payment attempt fails, we will retry the charge according to our standard retry schedule. If payment cannot be collected after reasonable attempts, your access to paid features may be suspended until the outstanding balance is resolved.
5. Free Trials and Promotional Offers
Where a free trial period is offered, no charge will be applied during that period. At the conclusion of the trial, your selected payment method will be charged automatically unless you cancel before the trial ends. Promotional pricing is valid only for the period stated and reverts to standard pricing upon expiry.
6. Upgrades and Downgrades
You may change your subscription plan at any time. Upgrades take effect immediately and any price difference for the remaining billing period will be charged on a prorated basis. Downgrades take effect at the start of the next billing cycle. No partial refunds are issued for unused time when downgrading.
7. Refund Policy
7.1 General Position
All fees paid are non-refundable except where explicitly stated or required by applicable law. Once a billing cycle has commenced, no refund will be issued for that period.
7.2 Exceptional Circumstances
Refund requests arising from technical failures directly attributable to our platform may be considered on a case-by-case basis. To request a review, contact us at [email protected] within 14 days of the disputed charge.
7.3 Chargebacks
Initiating a chargeback without first contacting us to resolve the issue may result in the immediate suspension of your account. We encourage you to reach out directly so disputes can be resolved promptly.
8. Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting our support team. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. You will retain access to paid features until that date. Cancellation does not entitle you to a refund of any fees already charged.
9. Account Suspension and Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the platform in cases of non-payment, fraudulent activity, or violation of our Terms of Service. Outstanding balances remain due and payable regardless of account status. Where legally permissible, we may engage third parties to assist in the collection of unpaid amounts.
10. Disputes and Billing Inquiries
If you believe a charge is incorrect, contact us within 30 days of the billing date. We will investigate and respond within a reasonable timeframe. Disputes not raised within this window may be considered waived to the extent permitted by law.

11. Changes to These Payment Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Payment Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated by updating the date at the top of this page and, where appropriate, by direct notification. Continued use of the platform following any change constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. We encourage you to review this page periodically.
12. Governing Terms
These Payment Terms are to be read alongside our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. In the event of any conflict between these Payment Terms and the general Terms of Service with respect to payment matters, these Payment Terms take precedence.
